Ify and Them

Mayor of Detroit, Kwame Kilpatrick, is expected to plead GUILY to charges against him.  It had been anticipated that the mayor was planning to plead this afternoon before Judge Edward Ewell, Jr., presiding judge of the Criminal Division of Wayne County Circuit Court, but it will be postponed until tomorrow morning.
